Life at Inspirisys

What’s the best thing that struck you about Inspirisys?
The first thing that truly impressed me about Inspirisys is the welcoming atmosphere among colleagues. Right from my first day, I’ve felt comfortable reaching out to people, as there’s always someone ready to guide. I also appreciate how the organization values fresh perspectives and encourages continuous learning, which makes one feel motivated to grow and contribute meaningfully. It’s fulfilling to be part of a place where collaboration and personal development truly go hand in hand.
How would you describe your key responsibilities at work?
My role at the customer site is helping me learn the ropes while taking on responsibilities step by step. I work closely with my seniors and team leader, observing processes and supporting them whenever required. My key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, assisting in managing on-ground challenges, and learning how to respond effectively to critical situations. At this stage, my focus is on gaining hands-on experience, building confidence, and gradually becoming more independent in handling tasks.

How has your work experience shaped you so far?
This experience has taught me far more than I expected when I first started. Stepping into a new environment came with its share of challenges, but over time, I’ve learned to adapt quickly and approach situations with a problem-solving mindset. Working closely with my seniors has shown me the value of teamwork, and staying composed under pressure. More than anything, I’ve learned to value growth as a daily process, with each experience offering a chance to advance both professionally and personally.
Share something about your team with us.
Being part of this team has been one of the most reassuring aspects of starting my career. There’s a genuine sense of support here. Everyone is patient, and open to sharing their experience. I’ve been able to learn at my own pace without feeling pressured, which has made the transition into my role much smoother. What I appreciate the most is how my seniors create an environment where asking questions and making mistakes feel natural, and every interaction becomes an opportunity to learn and grow.
Personal Reflections
What motivates you the most to give your best at work?
For me, motivation comes from seeing progress both in myself and in the work I do. Every small achievement, whether it’s learning something new or completing a task better than before, pushes me to keep improving. I also enjoy being part of something meaningful, knowing that my efforts contribute to the larger goals we’re working towards. The more I challenge myself, the more confident I become, and that momentum makes the work exciting and keeps me motivated.
What’s something you’ve learned about yourself through your work?
When I first started my journey, I wasn’t fully aware of how I would respond in fast paced, high stakes situations. Over time, I’ve realized that I actually thrive when challenges intensify. It’s in those moments that I can adapt quickly, keep my focus sharp, and maintain high quality in my work. I’ve found that demanding situations bring out the best in me, encouraging me to think on my feet and stay committed to delivering results, no matter how complex the task may be.
Looking ahead, what’s something you aspire to achieve both professionally and personally?
Professionally, I aspire to grow into a role where I can contribute significantly and take ownership of impactful work. I want to keep expanding my skills, exploring new possibilities, and shaping myself into someone who can lead initiatives and deliver results that truly make a difference. On a personal level, my biggest dream is to reach a point where I can give my mother the life she deserves. She has been my constant source of strength, and everything I work toward carries the hope of making her proud. Being able to support her and fulfill her wishes is what drives me to keep pushing forward and striving for more every day.
How do you approach a difficult task, and what have you learned from handling such situations so far?
The best way to approach a difficult task is to stay calm, break it down into smaller steps, and tackle each one patiently. Since I’m still new to the role, even simple things felt challenging in the beginning. For instance, learning how to coordinate with vendors and manage on-ground situations was quite overwhelming at first. But by taking time to understand the process, observing how my team handled similar scenarios, and applying what I learned step by step, I was able to manage these situations more effectively. I make it a point to give my full effort so that I can handle bigger responsibilities in the future.
Life Outside the Lines

Is there a creative outlet or hobby you’re passionate about?
Yes, Photography has always been my favorite escape. It’s a way to freeze moments and turn them into lasting memories. I enjoy looking at the world through my lens because it lets me notice details that often go unseen. Every picture tells a story, and I love the challenge of capturing the emotion behind a moment rather than just the image itself. Occasionally, I explore videography too, as it adds another layer of depth and creativity. Beyond being a hobby, it’s something that keeps me curious, observant, and patient. These qualities naturally reflect in how I approach my work and life.
What’s your go-to way of spending weekends?
Weekends for me are all about hitting the road on my bike and soaking in the freedom it brings. I love exploring quiet roads, riversides, and scenic spots where nature feels untouched. Riding helps me clear my mind, slowdown from the weekday rush, and recharge with fresh energy. At times, I carry my camera along and capture the little moments that make each ride memorable, combining two passions that truly keep me inspired.
If you could pack your bags today, where would you love to travel?
I’ve always been drawn to places surrounded by nature — mountains, valleys, forests, and rivers have a charm that never fails to inspire me. Among the places I’ve visited, Netarhat, known as the Queen of Jharkhand, still holds a special place in my heart for its beauty and serenity. But if I had the chance to pack my bags today, I’d choose Kedarnath in Uttarakhand without a second thought. It has been a long-time dream, not just for its breathtaking landscapes but also for the spiritual calm it offers.. I believe visiting Kedarnath would be an experience I would cherish forever.
One superpower you wish you had.
I’d love to have the power to control time. Being able to pause for a breather, rewind to relive the best moments, and fast-forward to see what lies ahead would be incredible. Just thinking about shaping every moment exactly the way I want makes it feel like the ultimate superpower.
