Empowering

Work, Impact, and Growth

Organization

A skill I’ve picked up here that changed the way I work is...

Learning the power of structured problem-solving. It has completely reshaped how I approach my work. Breaking big, complicated issues into smaller, manageable pieces helps me think with better clarity, move faster, and deliver outcomes that are both practical and scalable. This skill has also boosted my confidence, as I now tackle challenges with a clearer sense of direction and greater control.

The project that changed the way I think about my work is...

Being part of a high-visibility project like Komply360, which shifted my perspective on what meaningful work looks like. It showed me the importance of alignment, product optimization, and clear communication in ensuring our work has a real impact. Rather than seeing my work as a list of tasks to complete, I began to understand how each decision contributes to the bigger picture, helping me move from simply getting things done to creating real value for the team and the organization.

How Inspirisys supports my growth and helps me pursue new opportunities...

Inspirisys supports my growth by giving me opportunities to take on roles and responsibilities that expand my capabilities and allow me to explore areas beyond my immediate role. I’ve had access to learning programs, guidance from mentors, and exposure to diverse projects, all of which have helped me enhance my skills. These experiences make me feel well prepared to build a purposeful and progressive career path within the organization, aligned with both my strengths and my long-term professional aspirations.

One thing that I truly appreciate about my team is...

The genuinely supportive environment, especially for women. It’s rare to find a workplace where safety, comfort, and growth coexist so naturally, but at Inspirisys, that balance is part of everyday culture. There’s a strong feeling of trust that allows women to grow with confidence, knowing their contributions are valued. That foundation makes it easier to focus, take initiative, and give your best every day.

A moment when I felt, my organization genuinely wants me to grow...

When I had been given the chance to attend the XL4W UpSwing workshop by XLRI for Women, which is designed to help early-career women take charge of their careers and equip them with foundational competencies for advancing toward leadership roles, I really felt how valued and supported I am. It showed me that the organization genuinely invests in its people and wants us to grow and reach our full potential.

My experience at the two day XL4W UpSwing workshop...

Attending the XL4W UpSwing workshop was an incredibly eye-opening experience. The program, built around the Discover, Dare, Do framework, with two immersive in-person days, creating space for honest self-reflection, goal-setting, and confidence-building. Through leadership interactions, mentoring sessions, case studies, role plays, peer circles, and facilitator-led coaching, I was able to explore my strengths, identify areas for growth, and clarify the direction I want to take in my career.

What made the experience truly special was the all-women environment, which fostered openness and trust. Listening to diverse stories of ambition, self-doubt, resilience, and growth made every discussion honest and deeply relatable. Conversations around identity, confidence, and leadership were deeply empowering and stayed with me long after the workshop ended.

A moment during the program that pushed me out of my comfort zone...

During one of the facilitator-led coaching sessions, I spoke openly about a real challenge I face at work, setting achievable goals and handling criticism. Sharing this with my peers and listening to their perspectives encouraged me to reflect more honestly on my own habits. It helped me think more clearly about what I can realistically commit to, based on my current strengths.

What leadership readiness means to me as a woman...

It means using my voice with confidence and recognising that I have earned my place through capability and commitment. Just as importantly, it’s about lifting other women as they grow, supporting their journeys, sharing space, and helping them move forward on their own leadership paths.

My top three takeaways from the XL4W Upswing learning journey...

• Self-awareness is the foundation of strong leadership.

• Collaboration amplifies impact.

• Growth begins the moment comfort ends.

My next career milestone...

My next career milestone is to take on a cross-functional initiative where I can apply broader strategic thinking while developing my ability to guide and support teams.

A message I want to share with women who are just beginning their careers...

Believe in your abilities, even before others do. There will be moments of self-doubt, and that’s okay. Ask questions, learn continuously, and don’t be afraid to take up space. Growth takes time, and every experience, good or challenging, helps shape your journey.

Quirks, Fun & Personality

My fun/quirky work habit that everyone knows...

I brainstorm best with colourful sticky notes — the brighter, the better.

The one thing that instantly boosts my mood during work...

A quick chat with a colleague or a good cup of Inspirisys Ginger Tea.

My favourite way to unwind after a long day...

Listening to geopolitics/astrology podcasts on the drive home and playing with my baby girl.

If I wasn’t in this role, I’d probably be...

An Assistant Professor/A Behaviour Therapist.
