							Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business growth in the enterprise technology domain. The role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and security products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate consultative selling expertise, the ability to engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders, and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
	- Drive sales of IT infrastructure products, including servers, storage, networking, and security solutions.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of service delivery methodologies, frameworks, and market trends.
- Understand tools and services automation technologies to position value-driven solutions.
- Apply strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling techniques to engage clients effectively.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships through consistent customer engagement.
- Collaborate with both business and IT functions within client organizations to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and respond to large-scale service RFPs with attention to detail and solution alignment.
- Manage opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Utilize CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting, tracking, and presentations.
- Deliver professional client presentations and maintain a consultative dialogue with key stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills to drive business outcomes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing and managing multiple opportunities.
- Leverage existing customer relationships and OEM connections to expand business reach.
Qualification:
	- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within IT infrastructure solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field (preferred).
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure product sales within enterprise or system integration environments.
