While many UCBs in these states successfully integrated modern digital solutions, numerous institutions grappled with outdated infrastructures. This discrepancy underscored the pressing need for technological advancements, as these banks faced increasing challenges to modernize and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving financial environment.
