Field Operations Manager - Infrastructure Management

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations across multiple sites. The role involves managing field engineers, ensuring SLA compliance, maintaining uptime, and driving operational efficiency in infrastructure services.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise field operations teams (L1/L2/L3 engineers) across multiple locations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
• Monitor and meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Manage resource allocation, shift planning, including 24/7 operations, and team productivity.
• Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and reviews to stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Any degree.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience in managing large field teams and multi-location operations.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
