Role Summary:

The Technical Support Engineer L1 will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, printers, and basic network-related issues, ensuring seamless end-user support and system functionality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of PCs, loading, reloading, and repair of OS, along with installation of required software, drivers, and utilities.
  • Provide onsite ERP support and troubleshooting, and coordinate with the ERP team for issue resolution if required.
  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of antivirus software.
  • Backup of data, user profiles, and emails in case of PC reformatting.
  • Asset tracking and labeling.
  • Installation and configuration of printers, along with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors for warranty and support services.

Qualification:

  • 1–2 years of experience in desktop support.
  • Technical qualification such as B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
