Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager – IT Infrastructure Products, responsible for driving technical solutions and supporting the sales function by designing, positioning, and presenting end-to-end infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business needs. With a strong background in system integration, the role bridges the gap between client requirements and delivery capabilities across domains such as data center, networking, and security.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, present, and demonstrate enterprise architecture for assigned IT infrastructure domains and provide technical consulting to medium and large enterprise and Government/PSU organizations.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in servers, storage, virtualization, HCI, and private cloud solutions.
  • Handle presales bid management activities effectively.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide consultation and architectural solution design.
  • Assist the account and sales teams in preparing solution documents, proposals, BOMs, scope of work, and responses to RFQ/RFPs.
  • Serve as the technical lead on major IT infrastructure opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
  • Undertake extensive travel as required.
  • Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure clarity in scope of work and service cost analysis.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in technical selling and designing networking and/or security solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Possess techno-commercial expertise in servers, storage, HCI, private cloud, backup, and recovery solutions.
  • Create Bills of Material (BOM), scope of work documents, high-level design documents, and technical proposals.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Qualification:

  • 10+ years of direct presales experience in primary sectors with a proven track record in business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle existing customers and identify upselling opportunities by demonstrating customer value.
