Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Product to support the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities. The role involves offering solutions aligned with customer requirements and driving product sales directly to customers or through Technology/Business Partners. Should understand the competitive landscape and develop effective sales strategies while applying sales and solution expertise in collaboration with partners.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the IT landscape and product sales across servers, storage, and networking & security solutions.
  • Possess knowledge of service delivery methodologies and frameworks within the Karnataka market.
  • Demonstrate command over tools and service automation technologies.
  • Apply strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling approaches.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Engage with business and IT functions within customer organizations.
  • Respond to large services RFPs.
  • Effectively use CRM software and MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
  • Understand the opportunity management lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Build and maintain strong interpersonal and customer relationships.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage workload effectively and set priorities efficiently.
  • Maintain a minimum customer base and strong relationships with OEMs.

Qualification:

  • 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Product sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other graduate degree preferred.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration preferred.
