Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive and expand the Banking, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical business. The role involves shaping sales strategies for these key business verticals while leading high-performing sales initiatives and driving business growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the NBFC and BFSI verticals to achieve and exceed business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the NBFC and BFSI sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and related financial institutions.
- Take ownership of key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions, effective sales lifecycle management, and timely service delivery.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Apply consultative and solution-based selling approaches along with high-level negotiation skills.
- Drive both inbound and outbound sales strategies effectively.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts to senior management, providing actionable business insights.
- Lead negotiations, proposal development, and deal closures in alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualification:
- 10–12 years of direct sales experience in the NBFC and BFSI sectors with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify business growth opportunities.
