Business Challenge

The bank sought to enhance operational efficiency across its 24 international branches by modernizing its legacy core banking environment. Running on Finacle 7.x, the existing platform required an upgrade to Finacle 10.2.15, along with the migration of critical data from Oracle 9i to Oracle 11g. The transformation also involved porting existing customizations to the new platform while ensuring seamless business continuity and minimal impact on day-to-day operations.

We migrated and modernized customizations from Finacle 7.x to Finacle 10.2.15 while retaining the application's familiar user interface.
