Devops Solution Architect | Chennai, Bangalore

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Should have 12+ years of experience
• Design and implement DevOps platforms such as build automation, deployment automation, test automation, SDLC orchestration, environment management, monitoring, and production release procedures
• Should be proficient in Ruby / Python / Go programming languages and also proficient in Bash or PowerShell scripting languages
• Should have experience in creating jobs, the configuration of pipelines, configuring runners/slaves/build nodes, troubleshooting the job failures, knowledge of scripted & declarative pipelines (Jenkins)
• Good understanding of build & release strategies and knowledge of installation & administering Linux / Unix / Windows operation systems
• Should have excellent knowledge of GIT workflows and code versioning in a multi-user/developer projects along with installation, configuration & administration of the CI tools.
• Should have experience in writing cookbooks, manifests, playbooks to automate day-to-day operational tasks
• Should have demonstrable knowledge of working with and troubleshooting Chef / Puppet / Ansible configurations at scale & development best practices
• Good in installation, administration and troubleshooting of environments for the configuration management tools
• Containerization (Docker) Experience in working with Docker containers, writing Docker file, building images, Docker image versioning and tagging, interacting with Docker engine to manage images & containers
• Should have knowledge of installation & administration of container orchestration platforms like Docker Swarm, Kubernetes/Red Hat Openshift
