Delivery Manager | Chennai

Job Responsibilities: 
• Oversee multiple projects for risks, issues and dependencies and supporting the teams to overcome them. 
• Project monitoring, reporting and controlling and ensure the project is kept under control at any point in time
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
• Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and industry verticals
• Develop and manage relations with multiples clients – Should be Front ending engagements
• Help clients to implement services and plan projects effectively
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
• Pre-Sales - Work with sales teams to generate new business – RFP responses, Estimates and PoC 
• Prepare reports on Engagement performance
• Will be responsible for Resourcing / Hiring / Allocation of resources for Global projects across

Primary Skills : 
• Total 15+ years of experience with minimum 8+ years’ experience in IT Delivery/Program Management 
• Experience in IT Application Management Delivery
• Should have handled international clients / stake holder management across Geo's. 
• Should be knowledgeable on Industry 4.0 technologies (RPA, Cloud services, DevOps, Data Science, SMAC), Digital Transformation, Java/.NET Development
 

Secondary Skills : 
• Should be familiar with various matrix and status reporting
• Should be well experienced on People, Process & Technology 
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Should hold strong organizational and multitasking skills.
