Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with an IT background plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by combining strong organizational skills with technical knowledge. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process, particularly for IT products and services. With an understanding of IT concepts such as software solutions, infrastructure, or services, the Sales Coordinator can effectively communicate with clients, respond to basic technical queries, and collaborate with pre-sales or technical teams for more complex requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator along with bid Management will be an added advantage.
  • Monitor and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other government procurement portals.
  • Manage the end-to-end bid management process, including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and management teams for bid documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain technical and commercial bid documents.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with tender requirements.
  • Handle product listings, catalog management, and updates on the GeM Portal.
  • Track bid status, order processing, and contract management.
  • Maintain a database of tenders, bids submitted, and results.
  • Liaise with government departments and procurement authorities when required.
  • Support the sales team in quotation preparation, order processing, and customer coordination.

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination from IT Infrastructure Product/Servicesales.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or other Graduate degree is preferred.
  • Post-Graduation in Business Administration is preferred.
