Requirements / Responsibilities:

Should have 1 – 2 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer
Hands on experience in troubleshooting the hardware and software of Desktop, laptop, and Networking devices
Must have experience in Windows desktop OS installation and configuration
Should have knowledge on AV client update, Network client / email client / internet / DHCP / DNS / AD client configuration
Knowledge on Printer / scanner / mobile device configuration and 1st level diagnostics
