Role Summary:

Looking for a dynamic IT Infrastructure Managed Services Presales Specialist to support our sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, designing tailored managed services solutions, and presenting compelling proposals to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on technology trends and market needs in IT services.
  • Package new offerings to complement the current portfolio.
  • Assess and repackage the current offerings for better penetration.
  • Expertise in providing detailed responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI.
  • Develop RFPs based on understanding customer needs and business requirements.
  • Discuss with customers and stakeholders to clarify RFP requirements.
  • Develop technical proposals with the right service design and solutions based on RFP needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to create winning solutions for RFPs, ensuring alignment with delivery imperatives and cost inputs.
  • Ensure timely responses to all requests for proposals and information.
  • Create impactful presentations supported by market intelligence to assist sales/account owners in specific pursuits.
  • Actively participate in account mining and cross-sell activities, pitching relevant capabilities to create new opportunities.
  • Develop collaterals and case studies showcasing offerings and successful work, addressing customers' specific business needs.
  • Develop industry-specific technical whitepapers and collaterals.
  • Engage strategically with Tools & Automation OEMs/Partners.


  • 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Managed Services.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
