Desktop Field Engineer | Mumbai

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Field Engineering
Should be comfortable for Field Work

Responsibilities:

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2013 and any desktop applications
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, and any other equipment
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers
Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
Resolve application related issues
