Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Should have 1 - 2 years of experience as Desktop Engineer
- Experience in Installation and Rollout services of desktops and laptops
- Hardware fault diagnosis and isolation on desktops/ laptops.
- Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications
- Configure/troubleshoot the network connectivity of desktops/laptops and network
- Good in Installation and Re-Installation of OS, Printers, and configuration of peripherals like Printers, Scanners, etc.
