Pursuant to SEBI Circulars dated July 02, 2025 and January 30, 2026, a special window has been provided exclusively for the re-lodgement of transfer deeds that were originally lodged prior to April 1, 2019 and were rejected, returned, or not processed due to deficiencies in documentation, procedural issues or other reasons. This special window will remain open until February 04, 2027.

Transfer deeds re-lodged with complete documentation in all respects must be submitted to the Company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) on or before February 04, 2027. No re-lodgement requests will be accepted after this date. During this period, securities re-lodged for transfer shall be issued only in dematerialised form, subject to compliance with the prescribed transfer-cum-demat process.
