Requirements / Key skills:
Should have 2+ years of experience
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers & clients.
Hands on experience on End-user computing like Desktops, Laptops, network, Wifi devices on both Hardware & Software.
Basic knowledge of server Interaction, Adhering to SLA’s
