The customer wanted to develop an online Job Applicant Tracking System (JATS) that can be provided via Software as a Service (SAAS) model to corporates for hiring. The website should manage the whole cycle of recruitment – start from job posting, interviews and selection of the candidates, to end of the recruitment process.

Inspirisys’s Technology Services team designed, architected and developed the product for a native cloud environment, with the ability to handle multi-tenancy for a SaaS based application. The application was developed with the following modules, namely:
